I’d like to provide some perspective from people who a.) Work from home, or b.) Employ people who work from home.
I’m not talking about a home-based business. Rather, you work for a company/government/etc. and are allowed to work from home. (Even if it’s just one day per week.)
I’m curious how it affects your time with family, commute costs, your productivity, etc.
