Small but growing national company seeks a smart, reliable and hard working individual to work as a planner on a project to project basis. Must have previous experience in planning, real estate, or architecture/urban planning. Tasks will include performing basic planning functions, research, working with stakeholders and other research. Graphics ability is helpful. Must have excellent communication skills via email and phone.
The hours of the position are part-time, and flexible. This is a contractor position, and therefore no benefits are provided and you are responsible for reporting your own taxes. Competitive hourly wage depending on experience. Work from home.
